Job Description
UTA has an ongoing need for People Team Assistants to join our dynamic group. The Assistant will be collaborative, professional, and passionate about Human Resources. These people will be vital members of a sub-function such as Business Partners, Compensation, Learning & Development, Early Careers, or Recruiting & Executive Search at UTA. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, practice collaborative communication, and enjoy building entrepreneurial teams. Most of our opportunities will be in the Los Angeles offices.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay between $23 to $27 per hour.

What You'll Do:
• Will work on project specific to the area of specialization
• Will learn and develop key skills necessary to move your career forward
• Must love working on cross functional teams and effective finding solutions to distinct challenges
• Should have a builder mindset and natural curiosity
• Will coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments for executives and recruitment team members.
• Manage Microsoft Outlook calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of internal and external meetings.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Organize, coordinate, and conduct orientation sessions and exit interviews as needed.
• Manage incoming messages and communications with internal staff, external clients, and partners.
• Source corporate candidates through the pre-employee process, managing various interview stages utilizing Workday.
• Liaise cross functionally to provide exceptional client service company-wide.
• Draft and track offer letters to candidates and manage job requisitions in Workday.
• Assist in updating and managing internal employee tracking systems and recruitment applications.
• Support various members of the People /HR team on special projects as required.

What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 1+ year of experience supporting Human Resources / People function preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within a People / HR department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Knowledge of Workday and Asana preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Positive team-player attitude with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
