Production Coordinator for Marketing Services is responsible for being a liaison between the client and operations and will coordinate with producing team to ensure that projects are delivered to the client on time, to specifications, and to ensure that all commitments agreed upon with the client have been met as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing all assigned aspects of Marketing projects for Leading Streaming Content provider, one of Marketing Services group's largest clients.
• Establishing timelines and schedules with client for finishing and localization for assigned campaigns/titles.
• Project managing editorial, GFX, Localization, color correction, and mix for assigned projects.
• Coordinating localization efforts across graphics and editorial departments, including liaising with outside in-territory graphics vendors.
• Handling QC and encodes of deliverables & follow through post-delivery steps for project closures.

Qualifications

Essentials & other must have skills:
• Working collaboratively with Marketing producing team and Marketing operators through project completion.
• Preparing notes to communicate project status to the producing team and client.
• Learn & work effectively on various project management tools & trackers to Schedule & book Production time slots for the Operators & editors.
• Share timely status updates with both internal & external stakeholders of projects assigned.
• Managing creation of deliverables & quality checks.
• Detail oriented and sharp-eyed for quality in delivery.
• Demonstrate solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must maintain a polite & professional tone of communication with all stakeholders across all channels, always.

Any of the following experience is a great advantage:
• Knowledge of editing tools, especially Adobe Tools like Premiere, After Effects is a plus.
• Knowledge/Experience in Post-Production domain is expected. Client facing experience is a plus.
• Must be very organized and a proven team player.
• Able to multitask & deliver under any situation with full commitment.
• Handling QC and encodes of deliverables & follow through post-delivery steps for project closures.
