Coordinator, Global Customer Experience

The Global Customer Experience Coordinator plays an integral role in the Global Exhibitor Partnerships team. In addition to supporting the VP, this job assists with coordination of all screenings in-theatres, on the studio lot, as well as some international events. This role is essential to the success of events in-theatres and Group sales/Corporate Buyouts' revenue by facilitating communication and confirming events for global promotions. They will also support the overall team in prioritizing projects and activities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support by answering phone calls, reviewing expense reports, preparing travel setups, and overseeing calendars for Vice-President of Global Exhibitor Partnerships & team
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to set up screening location searches and book all services for screenings, premieres, special events, publicity, and intersectional marketing on-lot and in-theatres
• Engages in ideation of global promotions, participates in group brainstorms, and partakes in calls with exhibitors to advise on screenings
• Some travel by car or plane to work screenings, premieres, and special events as needed
• Assist with Group Sales and Corporate Buyouts' box-office receipts during pre- and post-release of events by facilitating voicemails and emails from clients, and connecting clients with exhibitors to confirm events

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience preferably within a marketing department or related field, movie theatre experience is a plus
• Positive attitude, receptive, open-minded, and eager to learn
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Proven technical, analytical, and quantitative skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional prioritization skills with ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, balance a demanding workload, and see projects through to completion
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to maintain sound working relationships with internal partners and external clients
• Must be a self-starter with a team-player attitude, and willing to support the team with any project
• Some Travel Required
