Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Seoul)

Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played video game in the world, over 100 million play every month. Players form the foundation of our community and it's for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience.

We're looking for humble but ambitious, razor-sharp professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. Like us, you take play seriously; you're passionate about games. We embrace those who see things differently, aren't afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints.

That's where you come in.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with our businesses to develop strategies to look for the best global talent, or Rioters-in-the-wild. You will report to the APAC Talent Acquisition Head in Singapore and work closely with the HRBP Manager in Seoul. Like us, you believe extraordinary TAs are part brand ambassador, part matchmaker, and part strategic partner.

You will execute full-cycle recruiting and attract qualified candidates to support Riot's continued growth. As part of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, your primary focus will be building a talented organization in the Seoul office by performing all recruiting stages from A to Z in Korea. You will align your sourcing strategies with business' needs to present diverse and bountiful candidate pipelines.

As a Rioter in Seoul, you'll join a tight-knit group of exceptionally bright-minded individuals who share our prioritization of player experience, rejection of convention, and passion for gaming. Riot Games Korea is dedicated to creating tailored player experiences that show local players they aren't lost in translation.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute talent management plans to ensure that our best talent is placed in the right positions through targeted recruiting and on-going development.
• Communicate any TA process updates and own any change management with the APAC TA team, Hiring Managers, interviewers, and the KR leadership team.
• Lead key TA projects, ensuring roadmaps are on track and key metrics are captured.
• Partner with discipline and product leads to understand their needs and build collaborative, productive relationships.
• Manage all recruiting efforts by championing for an outstanding experience for every candidate from start to finish. A full recruiting cycle includes the following stages.
• Incoming applicant review
• Direct sourcing of potential passive candidates
• Interview scheduling
• Candidate relationship management
• Stakeholder management for your assigned business unit

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field required.
• 5+ years working in Talent Acquisition or similar HR-related space.
• Experienced in developing meaningful partnerships with leaders throughout the businesses.
• Strong, articulate communicator who is capable of working with all stakeholders from reporting manager to to product leads.
• Knowledge in CRM and HRIS systems such as Greenhouse or comparable applicant tracking softwares.
• Effective verbal/written communication in English and Korean.

Desired Qualifications:
• Solid knowledge of applicable sourcing techniques using research tools such as LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in G Suite with an emphasis on Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets.
