Job Description
Administrative Assistants support senior leadership at Riot Games as a strategist, consultant, and implementer. They ensure that activities within the organization are streamlined, based on the priorities of senior leaders and their teams and are executed. Administrative Assistants also handle the daily coordination
of complex work-flows such as relationship management, schedule oversight, food and beverage planning for meetings, coordination of travel as well as collecting, documenting and aggregating information, data, plans and priorities on behalf of the senior leaders. They are important to senior leadership business matters, crafting necessary communications to all partners, identifying situations that could affect the success of leadership's commitments and contributing to the senior leaders' effectiveness.

As an Administrative Sr. Specialist supporting executives on the Global Marketing Team, you will work with our executive(s) to handle the daily management of complex work-flows, including: relationship management, schedule oversight, internal team communications, logistical planning for meetings, heavy calendaring and coordination of travel, business matters, and strategic projects. You will create necessary communications to important partners on behalf of your group executive and coordinate information and activities across their teams. You will act independently as needed, as well as provide expertise and determine direction on new processes or procedures to support the leadership team and surrounding organization. You are advanced in your abilities as an assistant and may provide facilitation and/or mentorship to other individuals in aligned areas.

Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, coordinate events, and host high-profile groups of visitors and guests
• Develop an understanding of the group and Riot's priorities and commitments to ensure the executive's productivity daily and make suggestions to adjust or improve
• Handle confidential information that requires care in deciding what is appropriate to share with whom for business purposes and holding the highest standard of confidentiality as a member of the Global Marketing team
• Navigate communications and other requests with grace, anchoring to Riot's values, as well as contributing to strategy and development of communications as needed
• Coordinate team activities, projects and communications
• Collect, document and aggregate information, data, plans and priorities across the leadership team that the executive supports
• Coordination of meeting agendas, note-taking, note distribution and follow up tasks
• Coordination of relevant tasks and projects as needed, including light project management
• Lead on applicable projects as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years of supporting senior leaders as an Administrative/Executive Assistant or related capacity
• Organizational dexterity with executive and business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of initiative and drive to solve problems
• Results/action oriented with project management and facilitation skills

Desired Qualifications:
• B.A. or B.S. degree
• Google Workspace expert
• Experience working on an Marketing, Sales, or Sports/Entertainment company
• Exposure to Marketing concepts at a global organization
