Job Description
• Assess PE wide reporting landscape, and develop strategy to improve, and centralize reporting across various tools (Workday, Vizier)• Generating Workday HR reports which includes Working on Scheduled reports, configuring custom reports, Data validation in Workday, create Global PE Goal reports and Ad-hoc reports • Generating Surveys using Survey Tools, follow up through survey and send reminders, create required reports post survey completion• Identifying opportunities to automate / refine reports• Automating data audits, eliminating visual checks from important processes (i.e. global hire process).• Document the Procedures on an ongoing basis• Open for high workload during Quarter End, Year End activities • Good to have knowledge on Visualization tools- Tableau, Alteryx or any other related tool experience• Good to have working knowledge
on Descriptive, prescriptive analysis, create story dashboards.

Required Skills.
• Should work in a Global HR reporting team exposed to working on reports such as Headcount, Absence, Turnover, Compensation, HR Surveys • Expert in Advanced Excel – have knowledge on VBA/Macro coding, Power-Pivots, and google sheets and automation• Working knowledge of Workday HR reporting and/or any other HRMS tools • Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Vizier, Alteryx, Power BI would be an added advantage • Candidate should have an excellent and good understanding of HR processes• Should follow strict timelines and SLA'sRequired Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or Operations preferred • 3 or more years of Workday operations • Experience with operating HCMs (Workday ) Other Skills: • , including Outlook, Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets). • Understand and exhibit ''customer-first'' thinking and design• , both written and verbal • Experience with or training in process improvement methodologies ability to creatively solve problems and documentation
