Job Description
Your New Role:

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Manager is responsible operationalizing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) workforce and advancing strategic efforts for employees across multiple business areas and offices in the APAC region.

Based in Hyderabad and working closely with members of the APAC & International DEI team, this role will engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, to design and deliver programs that champion specific diversity activities and goals. With a predominate focus on the India business, this role will also provide project support other APAC countries and focus on DEI for recruitment, retention, progression, performance management, leadership development and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Regional DEI leader to implement the local DEI approach for India in accordance with global and APAC strategy.
• Develop strong working relationships to partner and collaborate with local leadership and across all India offices.
• Support the development and act as a strategic advisor to the India chapters of the WBD Business Resource Groups (BRG) to enable them to operate successfully in alignment with the DEI strategy.
• Provide end to end project management support on the activation of international and APAC regional DEI programmatic efforts.
• Partner with Learning & Development to identify business needs, schedule and facilitate DEI initiatives to build leadership capability and advance talent. As required, work with local vendors and external facilitators.
• Develop, oversee and support the rollout of activity for the APAC Diversity Calendar including the planning and execution of DEI activity across multiple offices in India.
• Collaborate and partner closely with the People and Culture and the Talent Acquisitions team to ensure effective DEI practices are embedded into every phase of the talent and development lifecycles to advance belonging and inclusion for APAC employees.
• Conduct regular DEI analysis of internal activity and prepare regular impact updates and ROI summary of budget spend.
• Identify and establish key metrics to assess and measure results and progress of DEI initiatives as well as progress against key objectives and the broader DEI strategy.
• Stay up to date with local regulatory requirements to ensure informed and localized plans.
• Provide ongoing support to the wider APAC DEI team on ad hoc projects as required.

Experience required:
• 10 + years professional work experience.
• Have experience in navigating a cross border/cross cultural organization.
• Experience and confidence in facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders at different seniority levels.
• Experience managing projects from end to end.
