The role will focus on Financial & Management Accounting & Reporting support to service internal and external stakeholders i.e. Deluxe USA, ATO, E&Y etc. It Is also responsible to support the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of our reporting from month end close to the weekly reporting.

Working closely with other members of the finance team & wider Deluxe family to ensure deadlines are met will also be an important part of the role.

Please note that this a 6 month fixed term role.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supporting Localisation & Fulfillment business unit
• Month end Revenue & cost accruals
• Variance analysis & reporting
• Weekly volume tracking & reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Fortnightly flash, quarterly forecast & annual budget
• Yearend & audit requirements
• Ad hoc investigations

What you bring
• Relevant Accounting qualification or studying towards
• Previous experience in a corporate accounting position
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Experience with SAP or similar system
• Outstanding communication skills – written and oral
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problem areas and look for ways to improve/ solve problems.
• The willingness to jump in and do what is needed make the environment run as smoothly as possible.
• High attention to detail
• Strong commitment and ability to meet deadlines
