About the role
The mission of the Studio Operations team is to provide the studio and its people with the environment, resources, tools and information vital to deliver outstanding game experiences for our players.
As a Facilities Specialist, you will contribute directly to the employee experience by ensuring that the workplaces and services offered to employees are among the best in the gaming industry. To achieve this, you collaborate regularly with other Operations teams: Communications, Information Technology, Finance.
Responsibilities
• Build services for employees;
• Support and follow purchase requests from the various teams and studio management;
• Prepare and track purchase orders in the accounting system;
• Research, select and negotiate products and services with suppliers;
• Participate in the budgetary follow-up of several expenditure and investment items;
• Ensure the management of the security system of the office;
• Follow up on ventilation, electricity, parking, and other workplace amenities;
• Participate in various projects and committees that promote the employee experience: health, wellness, social club;
• Receive and return merchandise;
• Welcome new employees, partners and suppliers to the office;
• Perform all other tasks related to the studio's daily operations.
Requirements
• Relevant academic training;
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience;
• Good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Versatility, resourcefulness and autonomy;
• Positive demeanour and good adaptability;
• Good level of verbal and written French and English.
Bonus points
• Knowledge of the Oracle accounting suite;
• Experience in the technological/cultural/entertainment field;
• Passion for video games.
