Job Description
United Talent Agency's Gaming and Esports business represents world-ranked pro athletes and streaming talent as well as blue chip brands and AAA publishers. With the ability to form partnerships with top talent and Global brands, UTA is at the forefront of the creator economy. We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager who is proactive, highly organized and thoughtful, and creative in how they think through solutions for brand clients. You will be a key member of the new group launching within Gaming & Esports – UTA Creator Media, working on the activation of media partnerships for endemic and non-endemic brands within the gaming space.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 commensurate with experience and skills. This role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

What You Will Do
• Lead the pre-sales RFP ideation process, communicating the company's internal product offering effectively to potential brand partners
• Build internal and external collateral in support of the Creator Media team, including owning the proposal development process for new business opportunities
• Leverage your knowledge of video games / live entertainment combined with extensive history with age 13-49 brands to help secure brand revenue
• Join partner calls meetings to help pitch, secure and execute new business initiatives
• Create strategic go-to-market docs for broad and diverse campaigns from internal and external groups
• Manage all assets for both large and small campaigns
• Create an integrated marketing road map for Content launches, covering releases, launches and continued engagement
• Understand and integrate consumer insights into GTM efforts to drive a more focused result
• Partner with Cross Functional UTA teams, and UTA IQ to plan and execute full funnel marketing campaigns
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of Streaming/Digital platform tech offerings/capabilities and understand how to effectively utilize these tools for brand partners

What You Will Need
• 3+ years of gaming, esports, or marketing and strategy experience, with an emphasis on campaign execution
• Successful track record of creating best in class marketing campaigns against diverse audience segments
• Knowledge of the broader Gaming and Esports space is a plus
• Capable of defining strategy for content marketing campaigns
• Must be exceptionally detailed and able to work with large project based teams
• Ability to creatively ideate campaigns that will drive key, measureable results
• Expertise in digesting and evaluating insights to inform creative strategies and proposals
• The ability to think creatively to identify partnership opportunities and execute against those opportunities
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader creator ecosystem and landscape to develop strategic audience segmentation and positioning
• An understanding and passion for the major cultural opportunity that exists within the gaming and esports space and an unquenchable desire to learn, absorb and grow within this industry
