Coordinator, Integration Management Office
The Integration Management Office (IMO) within Corporate Development is responsible for SPE's M&A integration vision, strategy, and execution. We lead integration programs across functional areas and workstreams to provide program governance, facilitate target operating model, implement integration essentials, achieve synergies, and minimize disruption while achieving the integration vision. We partner with our stakeholders to define the objectives, assess the solutions, and deliver the best outcomes.
This department is full of fast-paced and ambitious individuals who are energized by collaboration and are often on the go with executive meetings and cross-functional updates with internal and external stakeholders across SPE business units, regions, and deal lifecycle.
The coordinator will report to the SVP and will be responsible for a full range of administrative and project support for the SVP, and the IMO team.
Responsibilities
1. IMO Project Support (40%)
• Manage project mailboxes and calendars
• Organize document repositories (TEAMS/SharePoint)
• Maintain stakeholder lists
• Be an administrator for the IMO project tracking tool (Smartsheets)
• Assist with spreadsheets, presentations, other documentation, reporting and/or research
• Help manage and track internal team initiatives
• Other administrative coordination across projects
2. Internal Corporate Development Support (30%)
• Track via spreadsheet deal-related expenses (forecast vs invoiced) and provide to Finance
• Set up and process Ariba payment requests for external vendors
• Create and manage a checklist for deal close funding
3. Administrative (30%)
• Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and manage calendars
• Onboarding – employees and consultants
• Travel arrangements and expense reports
• Request and manage security clearance
• Handle ordering of office supplies, equipment, and facilities requests
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator
• Interested in assisting in efficient departmental administration
• At ease in a fast-paced, high-energy, ever-changing work environment with shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills – looking for someone with a positive, welcoming style, a ''can do'' spirit and a team player attitude
• Critical thinking, dependability, discretion, and attention to detail are required
• Prior experience navigating cross-functional departments in a large organization preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Aptitude and desire to learn new skills and technology
The anticipated base salary for this position is $59.6K to $78.2K. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
