Coordinator, Client Services Lead (Airlines Coordinator)

The Content Mastering and Delivery Group (CMDG) Airlines Coordinator will be responsible for delivering Sony Pictures Feature and TV/episodic product to our Airline and Ancillary clients. The Coordinator position deals heavily with both Sony's internal clients (Airline Sales team) as well as external Airline and Ancillary clients.

This position works very closely with internal CMDG teams to manage deliveries, as well as the internal Mastering team to align on the availability of source masters for new features or acquisition titles. Specific responsibilities include; vendor management, materials research, troubleshooting delivery issues, facilitating redeliveries for asset/source rejections, placing orders/writing purchase orders for asset creation and delivery, tracking deliveries via internal systems, updating systems with delivery confirmations, and onboarding new clients.

Knowledge, skills, & Abilities
• In-Depth Knowledge of Video, audio, subtitle digital file formats/codecs.
• General knowledge of industry developments (clients, competitors, technology) by reading trade press, SPE news clippings, discussions with internal and external clients.
• Basic knowledge of Film/TV Production & Post Production workflows
• General computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Xytek based software for inventory research and PO creation
• MS EXCEL proficiency is required.
• Data analysis
• Must be customer focused. Candidate must be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Make decisions with limited supervisor input.
• Organize data from variety of sources and communicate information in a clear, professional manner. Running Reports from databases for analysis of dept activity.
• Update assigned databases as required.
• Project plan efficiently and effectively and can accurately scope out tasks and projects in order to meet requested timelines.
• Ability to use logic and multiple methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
• Able to thrive in a deadline driven environment.
• A versatile learner, open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
