Job Description
Overview and Responsibilities

Technical support to Worldwide Distribution Services for feature materials.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Assist in creating mastering schedules with Managers/Supervisors for all worldwide dubbed and subtitled theatrical release versions
• Support departmental needs on all China related correspondence, scheduling, and material delivery
• Raises purchase orders and processes invoices for all worldwide distribution vendor work
• Coordinates delivery of both original and localized materials into worldwide labs for theatrical distribution
• Coordinates schedules and orders for all localized feature subtitle work
• Create and manage schedules and orders for all scripting and translation for both trailer and feature titles
• Collaborate with in-house sound editors for all audio and preliminary picture deliverables into mastering vendors
• Coordinates distribution of preliminary versions to necessary subtitling and dubbing vendors, as well as territory offices
• Oversees picture reference and video orders for mastering and dubbing departments
• Attending Quality Control screenings and coordinating QC schedule of all feature versions with vendors and all attendees
• Manages vendor portal system/adding new vendors into dedicated company software
• Administrative support to department VP as needed
• Ordering office supplies as needed

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet software

Additional Qualifications:
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Entertainment Industry
• Digital Cinema mastering experience preferred
• Basic post production knowledge
• Knowledge of International servicing
• Ability to adapt quickly to new workflows and software

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $50,000 to $54,000 Per Year ($ USD)
