Job Description
Join our team at Netflix Series Animation as an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner), Content and Production. As an HRBP, you'll be a navigator guiding our people managers and individual contributors through the exciting landscape of talent management. From onboarding to performance management, development to team health, and culture - you're the trusty compass pointing the way!

A critical focus area for the HRBP is to enhance manager capability, empowering them to be more self-reliant. This role involves driving manager education on crucial people programs, tools, and processes.

But that's not all! You'll also work in partnership with the Sr. HRBP to create a talent strategy. This isn't your average strategy; it's a roadmap that highlights growth and scalability opportunities while reflecting the unique Netflix culture and aiming for optimal org health.

What you will do:
• Embrace a proactive approach, showing a willingness to engage directly with our Content and Production managers and individual contributors to understand the needs of our diverse employee population
• Contribute and execute the implementation of company wide talent programs and initiatives (360s, compensation reviews, leadership development, etc)
• Work in collaboration with our Global Business Practices ''GBP's'' (Talent Acquisition, Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management, and Talent Employee Operations) to ensure a consistent and cohesive employee experience
• Ability to interface at all levels of the organization, including executive levels, demonstrating excellent organizational and interpersonal skills in line with Netflix's culture
• Lead employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Ensure accuracy of org data in Workday, facilitating seamless reporting and analysis
• Effectively integrate inclusion and diversity practices into all aspects of the organization
• Display the ability to think big, in line with Netflix's culture of innovation, yet not be afraid to ''roll up your sleeves'' and tackle ground-level work
• Partner with the Workplace/Community & Experiences team on projects that enhance our workplace culture and environment at Vine Studios

What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree or higher, in HR or related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience partnering with managers on full employment lifecycle touchpoints; ideally in a creative or production environment
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking and analysis; animation background a plus
• Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written English
• Software desired: Workday, Adobe, Google Suite, specifically Slides/Sheets; presentation deck knowledge a plus
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, creative/production environments a plus
• Project management and execution skills
• Coaching and consulting skills
