We have an excellent opportunity to join our NBCUniversal Networks & DTC team. Working closely with the sales, marketing and PR teams you will work across sales briefs, marketing and social campaigns, provide department support to PR and create efficiencies and project manage key initiatives within the team. You will champion creativity and innovation working across integrated responses and proactive pitches.

Job Description

SALES & COMMERCIAL
• Generate creative ideas which encapsulate and enhance client briefs
• Develop sales collateral for key sponsorship opportunities
• Collate information to present to sales house
• Help develop new opportunities for revenue across digital and key partnerships
• Assist with the logistics and workflows of campaign execution
• Manage live campaigns to ensure full and timely delivery
• Understanding of digital sales and inventory booking
• Keep sales houses up to date with audience forecasts, programming and digital information, promos and schedules
• Work with the creative & production department to coordinate sponsorship material
• Track reporting across platform metrics, sales sponsorships and finance PO's

PR
• Work and support PR for press releases, monthly highlights, coverage reports, finance PO's, talent/events and business organisation

MARKETING
• Executing and manage social plans across APAC portfolio including 7Braov, Bravo New Zealand and DreamWorks APAC. Tasks include copywriting and publishing social posts, creation of Stories using Canva, sourcing content, execution of ad sales social media commitments, social media monthly reporting
• Managing and building eDM database, containing critical datasets for future business marketing and targeting for OTT Apps and Platforms
• Coordinating between Marketing and Legal in the assistance of Terms & Conditions for social giveaways

ADMIN
• Provide administrative support to the ad sales and marketing team
• Assist in organising sales trade and sponsorship events
• Tracking budgetary spending, setting up vendors, raising purchasing orders for all sales and marketing activities and ensuring invoices are received from suppliers.

• Intermediate to advanced Powerpoint, Word , Excel, Canva, Photoshop and Google Analytics

• Possess a strong willingness to learn and strong work ethic
• Passion for TV/Media/Digital.
• Familiarity with evolving landscape as it relates to TV, media, entertainment and OTT services.
