The Goal

Join our team as an Executive Assistant; you'll be providing vital support to executives across our UK and North America hubs. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and excel in administrative tasks, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing
• Provide executive support for a group of executives across our UK and North America hubs
• Manage and schedule calendars and meetings
• Arrange and handle logistics for meetings, as requested including but not limited to: schedules; draft agendas; and record meeting minutes and circulate post-meeting notes
• Complete a broad variety of administrative and support tasks to support various OpenBet executives and leaders including, but not limited to: report and presentation production; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense reports
• Various office and administrative tasks for our London/Chiswick hub, including office events and liaise with local facilities management
• Coordinate internal and external scheduling of meetings
• Support Legal, Compliance, and other administrative departments with records management, obtaining of signatures, and various record keeping
• Maintain and regularly update informational databases including but not limited to industry contact sheets, venue lists, preferred vendor lists etc.
• Replenish office materials and event production kits, such as snacks, printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc.
• Provide event management support as requested
• Provide hospitality to corporate visitors and help to create a welcoming environment

The Player

You will have…
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience providing administrative support
• High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Willingness to work unconventional hours (~12 PM-9 PM UK time with dinner/transit break)
• This role is based in our Chiswick Park office. Given the unconventional hours, proximity to West London will be an added advantage for the employee
