Responsibilities:
• Administration, invoice processing, purchase order processing
• Manage ordering of stationery supplies and office Equipment
• Manage day to day operations of all the service providers: housekeeping, maintenance technicians...
• Manage the operational Facilities budget for the Lyon office, reporting and monthly planning to ensure we meet our FY plan
• Manage communications with building services and the Landlord to ensure smooth and effective operation of the facilities in the building.
• Build effective relationships with key account managers and ensure that any site-based employees are an integrated part of the facilities team.
• Take accountability for the maintaining all statutory standards. Fully understand the implications of Health and Safety in relation to the operating environment and the impact that this may have on the occupational health and manage the risks and liabilities.
• The achievement of high customer satisfaction through the establishment of a strong business relationship and ensuring outsourced partners deliver is a key success factor of this role.
• Manage and organize staff events and EA outreach program

Qualifications:
• Strong organization and planning skills: ensure on-time delivery, rigorous follow up. Prioritise tasks.
• Client service: ensure a high-quality delivery to employees. Able to balance employee's requests with the company objectives.
• Personal effectiveness: has a 'can do' mentality, self-assured, proactive, open, and flexible. Has the confidence and credibility to advise senior management. Works effectively within a matrix organization and rises to the challenge of ambiguity.
• Communication: able to establish effective relationships at all levels within the organization, initiate networks and proactively exchange information. This skill is instrumental in maintaining and developing strategic alliances with third parties.
• You need to have a very good level of English both spoken and written.
