We are looking for a Workforce Planning Manager who will provide headcount management, reporting and analysis for our global Marketing organization. This individual will deliver the staffing insights, metrics and strategies needed to facilitate growth and scalability. Responsibilities include:
• Effective coordination with management to ensure resource transactions are approved in line with policies
• Facilitation of recruiting efforts by liaising with hiring managers, HR, sourcing recruiters and vendors as required to ensure timely hiring
• Active management of controls and approval processes for recruiting and onboarding of positions in alignment with headcount and labor spend targets
• Strong partnership with project portfolio team to translate project demand into systems while managing against workforce strategy constraints
• Data integrity maintenance across different systems of record
• Facilitation of detailed headcount reviews for each team based on demand changes and headcount ramps
• Development of processes to gain efficiencies and establish headcount best practices across the Marketing organization

What we are looking for:
• 3-5 years of experience in workforce forecasting and management
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills
• Experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex data as it pertains to staffing supply and demand
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex modeling problems and educate the organization along the way
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally at all levels of the the business
• Proven ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively and take initiative
• Experience with workforce management tools and FP&A forecasting tools
