EA Korea Studio
We are EA's game development studio based in Seoul, known for the FIFA Online series, a AAA sports game. Beyond localizing global-scale games, we are on our journey to become an all-round game developer and lead a new trend in the gaming industry. Our mission is to inspire the world to Play!
EA Korea Studio, armed with its unparalleled development capability for authentic graphic and diverse content that reflects lifelike football experience, is a large organization in which Game Designers, Artists, Software Engineers, Development Directors, and Producers work together throughout the entire game development cycle, from production to live service. We follow EA's global, systematic, and well-documented development process, from development planning to game design confirmation, visual direction setting and implementation to QA. At the same time, we continuously improve by streamlining workflows and optimizing based on feedback from all participants in the development process.
• You will be reporting to the Director of Operations (Hybrid work schedule)
Key Responsibilities
• You will organize company cultural programs and events
• You will develop employee learning programs
• You will manage translation tasks
• You will operate contracts and purchase orders processes
• You will own and support other ad-hoc operational tasks
• You will oversee staffing plans and budget tracking
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in an Operations role for working with multiple stakeholder teams
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Google workspace (doc, slides, sheets), other productivity tools (e.g., Notion), and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Korean
Preferred Skills
• Basic knowledge of online games and football
• Experience managing game or content development projects
• People management experience in game production, live service, or data analysis
