Job Description
A senior producer who leads a franchise team and delegates. Self-starts campaign planning. Have skills for leadership and driving team decisions. Delegates to junior team members, while providing assistance for managers. Provide recommendations and guide projects with oversight from a team leader. By promoting close relationships with content creators and keeping in constant communication with partners, the Senior Producer guides the production of assets from creation to deployment. This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver.

Responsibilities
• Content Production – Help execute the production of video and design assets; Key Art, Design systems, and Video
• Liaise daily between teams
• Track all assets and approvals
• Filter and communicate notes/ feedback to the team
• Initiate music licencing and composition requests with EA's music group, confirming usage, territory, timeline, and artist credits.
• Send trailers and other assets to EA's Legal team and ESRB with proper caveats for review and confirm required disclaimers.
• Forecast plan and allocate resources for upcoming fiscal +/- 5 %
• Sync with EA's localization team to confirm on-time delivery of localization projects and assets.
• Provide rapid response to executive & senior leadership team requests for assets for special use cases, events, board meetings, award shows, etc.
• Source in-game assets for vendors including working with studio producers to understand asset availability and also directly pulling assets from asset libraries.
• Lead asset discussions and meetings with senior partners across brand, dev, comms, strategy, campaign and video to better understand asset challenges while identifying creative solutions in an applicable way.
• Communicate asset vision and creative to the team and update them during the creative process, sometimes across multiple franchises.
• Can reduce problems before things arise and plan for solutions
• Guide and manage other members of the team in brainstorming, design process, and creative execution.
• Monitor tasks and reports on status of external dependencies
• Use conflict management skills to resolve/diffuse issues during collaborative efforts across multiple teams/disciplines.
• Maintain relationships with other teams.

Qualifications
• 10+ years experience in a related field
• Consistently look for ways to support the team
• Track record working with developers and vendors
• Willing to travel
• Partner with main team leaders to guide the creative execution and production of AAA assets for a global gaming audience.
• Be an accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts, able to help people and teams with opposing points of view come together and agree on goals and solutions.
• Works with proficient knowledge of production tracking tools, such as Asana, Frame.io, Airtable
• Can distil complex plans down to their path and essential milestones

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
