Most companies call it HR. At Electronic Arts, we are People Experience (PE). PE is a team of cultural stewards who carefully create talent strategies and offerings that directly affect our teams' experience and help our people achieve the most meaningful work of their careers.

The Global Talent team's mission is to accelerate people and organizational capability so EA can inspire the world to play. We focus on people development, organization effectiveness and an engaging employee experience. We are an interdisciplinary team helping EA not only be the industry leader but also a pioneer in new forms of digital entertainment. We are uniquely positioned to make lasting change in a creative environment. While we move fast, we also believe in having fun - we love games!

As a Senior Manager in Talent Development, you'll focus on developing world-class, full spectrum people leaders by developing and delivering immersive, interactive experiences that develop the capabilities of our people leaders. You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts across EA to create engaged, customized experiences that speak to our people leaders and invest in their growth and development.

In this role, you will manage a portion of the implementation and sustainment of Leader League, our people leader development program, including content development, content delivery, customization of content for BU-specific needs, increase awareness of the Leader League programming across EA using data and anecdotes, and help develop follow-on learning activities and opportunities. You will not have direct reports or supervisory responsibilities. You will report to the Leader League Program Manager.

Responsibilities
• Manage the implementation of Leader League content and strategy with our BUs.
• Ensure the program opportunities align with business strategy and EA culture.
• Identify metrics and measures for ongoing awareness and implementation of the program.
• Manage relevant communication and change plans through a variety of channels.
• Consistently improve participant experience (applying data from surveys, retrospectives, or industry trends).
• Host and facilitate workshops for people leaders.
• Provide ongoing support to participants.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional experience in program management, leadership development, talent development, or related professions.
• Experience maintaining a program involving multiple business units or groups across an organization.
• Influence, partnership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with team members at all levels in the organization.
• Authentic; doesn't take oneself too seriously.
