Reporting to the Global Head of Employee Communications, as the Sr. Employee Communications Manager, you will help connect our employees to our culture and business and use your influential communications and storytelling skills to amplify what makes working at Electronic Arts so unique. You are a writer and storyteller who is comfortable working across multiple areas, from planning and execution of creative storytelling and education campaigns to change communications and issues response. As part of a growing employee communications team, you will work with leaders at all levels and contribute to a variety of areas while gaining a range of skills and experience.

In this role you will:
• Develop global messaging, strategies and programs to build community and connect our employees to our business, culture, games and people
• Partner with teams across Electronic Arts to identify comms objectives internationally, advise on communications and manage multi-channel comms campaigns to engage employees
• Develop compelling stories to share across multiple channels
• Be the primary employee communications partner for International (Europe and APAC) employee communications
• Play an important role driving change communications
• Establish communications best practices to support business partners and empower self-serve communications
• Have knowledge of trending issues and the external landscape that impact the employee experience and the world of entertainment and gaming
• Partner on our proactive employee issues planning and response with a focus on Europe and APAC issues and support for global issues
• Be responsible for driving both strategy and execution as part of a global team and work as a communications generalist
• Track and measure internal engagement across multi-channel comms platforms
• Work closely with our global Brand, Social Impact and Communications team on local and global communications to promote engagement, pride and cultural experiences that support our purpose and values
• Contribute to internal engagement experiences (e.g., Town Halls, international site-specific events and initiatives) by partnering with key teams and stakeholders across Electronic Arts
• Apply your understanding of how the world landscape impacts the employee experience and use this knowledge to develop creative programs and communications that engage employees
• Coach leaders on how to tell stories to our global employees
• Work calmly through challenges and keep a neutral voice to navigate complex and sensitive topics to reach the best outcome

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in employee communications
• Expert in driving and creating communication strategies and plans through to execution
• Strong communicator who works well collaboratively and independently with a viewpoint on the employee experience
• Global perspective and experience working in complex, fast-paced corporate environments
• Ability to foster relationships within an organization and work with all levels to build trust
• Solid writing and content creation skill across multiple styles of communications
• Great project management and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information
• Experience working across multiple departments and at a global scale
• Leadership through influence
• Experience working with employee communications tools and across a variety of channels
