Job Description

This opportunity is part of the Kickstart Government Scheme. Kickstart is a Government scheme aimed to help support young people back into work after the economic effects of the pandemic. It's aimed at 16-24-year-olds who are not in education and are currently claiming universal credit.

This role is expected to be remote (working from home) for the 6-month period.

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. You will help ensure that all candidates who interact with Electronic Arts have an exceptional and memorable experience, as part of a seamless and efficient recruiting process. In partnership with the team, you will champion candidate experience and guide applicants on their journey to becoming Electronic Arts employees.

You will support Recruiters across the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating all phases of the interview process, and providing administrative support such as reviewing and auditing offer letters and employment contracts. You will ensure the coordination and execution of new hire onboarding tasks. You will support the team on ad-hoc tasks and projects.
