Summary

The Frostbite Quality Designer will work on Partner Experience domain to support multiple EA games with their requests, you will monitor and engage in internal Frostbite community support channels, provide analytic reports of partner's feedbacks, requests and other engagements to evaluate the quality of Frostbite release. You will report to a Development director at Frostbite and work with the cutting edge technology and teams of industry experts committed to enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities
• Frostbite primary support contact for one or more EA games
• Monitor and engage in internal Frostbite community support channels
• Manage and route support tickets from game teams
• Follow up with support requestors to ensure that they know their asks have been acknowledged
• Review and triage support requests to make sure the customer needs are clear and actionable for internal Frostbite team
• Test customer findings on Frostbite engine, create ticket and collaborate with QA team for root cause analysis and QA document changes
• Understand Frostbite's quality strategy, practices and participate with quality team meetings
• Engage within the Frostbite team to encourage follow-ups with requestors, or redirection to the right parts of the team
• Provide reporting & feedback to show success metrics
• Collaborate with Frostbite's Content and Learning teams to integrate support into the FB Engine and User Guide
• Enhance Frostbite release quality by incorporating data analytics into quality process

Your Success
• You will continue learning about Frostbite engine, tools and services
• You will support customers, troubleshoot their requests and provide clear solutions
• You will provide regular analytics reports about release quality to Frostbite leaders
• You will understand all frostbite domains and their contribution in the quality
• You will contribute to the conversations by sharing valuable insights, asking though-provoking questions and share your ideas

Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant experience in entertainment software or game development
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferably in a technical support capacity
• Solid knowledge of customer support workflow and practices
• Familiarity with data-driven product design, quality assurance strategies and process management.
• Proficiency in work with development planning, data visualization and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Power BI, Google Analytics)

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $73,200 - $101,700 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
