The EA Technology Growth Strategy team creates the future-looking tech strategy for EA to evolve, respond to changing needs and build an innovation-focused environment to invent the future of video games.

Summary

The Tech Growth Strategy team is looking for a Production Coordinator to support its team members. As a Production Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Product, and you will support and partner with the Development Manager in Stockholm to ensure smooth operations across the team. You will work out of the EA Vancouver (Burnaby) office and we support flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

You will support the broader Tech Growth team and provide site support for our west coast studio locations. For example:
• You will manage purchasing for North America.
• You will manage external vendors and suppliers within our system.
• You will help onboarding new hires with account and equipment setups.
• You will coordinate gifts for staff life events.
• You will organise team events for both business and team culture.

You will also provide support for some of the team's leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangement and expense reporting.

Qualifications
• You have 2+ years of administrative experience in an environment where creative, business and technical professionals succeed.
• You are an experienced user of corporate communication and organisation tools with advanced knowledge creating and manipulating spreadsheets, formatting, and creating forms.
• You have a desire to take ownership, be responsible and find solutions.
• You can demonstrate excellent customer service.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $45,900 - $72,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
