Job Description

Most companies call it HR. At Electronic Arts, we are People Experience (PE). PE is a team of cultural stewards who carefully create talent strategies and offerings that directly affect our teams' experience and help our people achieve the most meaningful work of their careers.

The Global Talent team focuses on people development, organisational effectiveness and an engaging employee experience.
