Job Description
Scope of Position

Manage the development, oversight and execution of strategic programs and initiatives for EA's regional security function. This role requires a unique combination of security/safety expertise coupled with deep program management and strategic initiatives development experience.

Key Accountabilities:
• Budget / results accountability for assigned projects, programs and initiatives
• Assist in the development of EA's Safety Security & Business Resiliency Program and related capabilities implementation around guard force services, investigations, events security, emergency preparedness, and managing workplace violence.
• Manage end to end guard force services deployment in assigned region(s)
• Ensure that support staffing meets site specific needs, while applying a ''value-based'' approach
• Works cross-functionally to develop KPI's & SLA's in areas of responsibility
• Leverage internal case management system to ensure proper staffing deployment
• Assist in development of security / safety awareness & training programs
• Other strategic initiatives / projects as assigned by the Director of Global Protective Services

• Understanding of differences in standards and culture across geographies and cultures

Professional Expertise/ Knowledge:
• Industry best practices and metrics defining operational performance
• Experience with business continuity program process implementation and emergency management
• (ICS) – preferably in global corporation setting
• Strategic planning / program management in global security domain
• Knowledge of estimating and cost associated with various system applications

Experience:
• 3-5 years in a similar role within a multi-national corporate security or general operations team
• Experience in program management / strategic planning & initiatives
• Former corporate security / law enforcement experience highly desired

Reporting Requirements:
• Develop and manage operational metrics and KPI's with strategic vendors
• Program / project management reporting – key initiatives
• Strategic initiatives plan development
