The Game Development Learning center of excellence within EA's LEAP team focuses on creating top quality learning content for game developers at Electronic Arts. As part of that strategy, we focus on providing engaging online learning that accelerates the capabilities and expertise of all our employees.

You will lead daily operations of EA's Learning Management System (LMS) and help users solve issues, help content creators upload content to EA Learn, and create new processes for managing and curating content. We are a small, but mighty team dedicated to supporting 17,000+ employees at EA. You will report to the Director of Game Development Learning inside LEAP.

Responsibilities:
• You will work on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of EA Learn, which is an implementation of the Cornerstone LMS.
• You will manage incoming admin access and content addition requests.
• You will identify opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
• You will write procedure documentation.
• You will analyze data and recommend solutions to track training and measure performance to meet organizational goals.
• You will create resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development.
• You will test and verify quarterly Cornerstone updates to the LMS.
• You will populate course information and assign learners.
• You will develop standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information.
• You will create standard and custom reports.
• You will analyze data.
• You will escalate support issues which may include interactions with Cornerstone directly.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or adult learning field.
• 2+ years of experience working with an LMS in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with the Cornerstone Learning LMS system.
• Familiarity with online learning course design.
• Coursework or certifications relating to learning management system administration.
• G-Suite familiarity with Docs and Sheets.
• Values diversity, accessibility, and inclusivity.
• Technical skills including troubleshooting, and understanding how to submit and manage tickets to Cornerstone.
• Customer service skills to resolve technical issues from users in EA Learn.
