HD Commercial Insights Manager

The HD Commercial Insights Manager is part of the Asia Commercial team focused on the enhancement of EA's commercial activities, driving increased users and revenues across all the APAC regions (Asia, India, Middle East & Africa). You will provide market-centric analytics that strengthen EA's market strategy in the Asia region, partnering with EA studios and global partners for best practice sharing and insight optimization.

Responsibilities:
• Establish AsiaCo Game Performance analytics reporting dashboards across each country and title
• Run the management of the AsiaCo Impact Matrix, which will track EA's publishing impact of strategic priorities bench-marked against best-in-class genre programs in each country - the output will help prioritize and re-prioritize efforts while identifying the gaps in our execution and capabilities
• Provide consolidated tracking capabilities for all Test and learn/growth programs across the region
• Support AsiaCo & Global Demand planning teams for long-range planning and scenario planning
• Work with several studios to form an understanding of our market's diversity, unique player dichotomy along with any other nuances which are meaningful for strategic growth
• Partner with Asia Corp dev to present a structured process that provides Macro market economy, demographics, HD landscape and competitor tracking in each key market

Data discovery/reporting solutions
• Manage ETL's for market data relevant to strategic planning, trend analysis
• Data mining and development of data to business Symantec layer
• Regulatory BAU reporting, ad-hoc requests and working with our teams

Qualifications:
• Experience in SQL, with any additional proficiency with programming languages (R, Python)
• Proficiency with data analytics and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI or google cloud platform
• Experience in ETL and automated solutions
• Interpret and query big data create insights into a comprehensive manner for business to obtain meaningful insights
• Knowledge in the sector with a passion for games and experience in analytics or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related Business management fields
