The Creative Services executive position is within the Sydney based Marketing Team of over 20 people.

Job Description
The creative services executive co-ordinates creative localisation and services approved assets internally and externally on allocated film campaigns. This role splits films with the 2nd creative services executive position across all Universal Pictures films & will report into the Creative Services Manager.
CREATIVE SERVICING & PRODUCTION
• Responsible for the briefing & localisation of paid media creative assets (includes Digital and Social AV) on allocated Universal films
• Co-ordinates the approval & distribution of creative materials to internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Manages material deadlines & creative localisation timelines on allocated UPI films
• Provides summary of creative direction and assets available to marketing team
• Downloads relevant creative assets and uploads to internal sharing platforms
• Reviews spec sheets and works with Creative team to map the most appropriate content for each placement
• Works with internal creative resource and external agencies to mock artwork designs
• Collaborates with internal creative team on presentation designs and mock up's
• Assist with basic localisation tasks for simple image/video/social edits
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• Understanding of ALL Paid media formats and required materials. This includes a thorough knowledge of technical requirements and language related to creative requirements ie. Specs, file formats, file sizes etc
• Impeccable administration and organisation skills;
• Strong Windows office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent attention to detail and an a eye for creative layout
• Strong knowledge of digital media formats and landscape
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and within team a environment;
• Creativity
• Tact, discretion and confidentiality;
• You must have the right to work in Australia i.e have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Creative Agency background and experience is preferred
• Ability to use design based programs would be favourable (ie. Photoshop, Premiere Pro Video Editing, In Design)
• A degree in Media Communication or Marketing desirable.
