Please note this is a 6-month contract opportunity.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Electronic Arts Competitive Gaming Entertainment (CGE) group in our new office in East London (E20). This role will provide administrative support to Senior Executives within the CGE team, based in the UK.
• Independently provide high quality support that anticipates the needs of the executives they support.
• Assume full ownership and maintenance of the calendar; scheduling, confirming, and negotiating for meeting space and relevant attendees.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel including international visas where applicable
• Track relevant travel and expense receipts for accurate accounting reconciliations (American Express).
• File and track reimbursements, credits, and refunds through to completion in the iExpense tool.
• Project a professional and supportive image to all parties in the screening of telephone calls, internal clients and guests.
• Prioritize people and situations in need of attention.
• Ability to interact professionally with high level candidates and executive search firms both in person and via Zoom, email, and phone calls.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
• Ability to plan and coordinate events onsite or at offsite venues.
• Understand key functions and projects of the department.
• Provide monitoring and follow-through support on action items in progress.
• Work in partnership with the office manager on running the office efficiently.

Skills required
• Highly organised, able to work on their own initiatives.
• Previous executive assistant experience at a senior level
• Prioritisation, problem solving, proactive with excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task and move between tasks seamlessly.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a friendly and approachable manner with visitors, outside agencies and all staff across the organisation.
• Interpersonal and relationship management skills, tact and discretion.
• Self-motivated, friendly, enthusiastic approach.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, but also Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Highly desirable skills
• Familiarity with sports entertainment
• Acute knowledge of the city of London, cultural trends, and travel, accommodation, event & entertainment trends.
• Working knowledge of Google Drive/Google Cloud.
