Corporate Travel Risk Coordinator

A new role reporting to the Senior Global Travel Manager, with an initial focus on simplifying COVID travel information and creating resources to support the safe return to travel, helping to further develop our enterprise-wide travel safety program to bring simplicity to our traveling population.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• You will create clear trip guidance to travelers and travel arrangers, including simplifying COVID travel requirements and determining whether travel is possible or not
• You will monitor changes to COVID travel guidance, assessing and communicating the possible impact to our travelers
• You will update the Travel intranet pages with relevant information
• You will develop procedures, templates, training materials, and other program documentation
• Work in partnership with the Global Security team to ensure all processes have cross-function agreement
• Help develop our ''one voice'' global communication framework to ''support the journey''. You will work with multiple partners building cross-functional collaboration to document the requirements to bring relevant information and communications to our traveling population; to achieve ''the right information at the right time''
• You will develop measurements to establish progress and ultimate success; establish ongoing reporting requirements

Competencies & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience
• Minimum 5 years or more of professional experience
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication
• You can maintain a positive, open, and professional relationship with people across all levels of our organization
• You have experience in corporate travel or corporate travel risk management including knowledge of ISO 31030
• You can analyze complex situations and recommend solutions
• You will be customer service oriented, with a desire to improve the traveler experience
• You will have Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience
• Experience with the Anvil Travel Risk Management platform or similar

This role would operate in a contractor capacity with an initial contract period of 12 months. Our global benefits package is not included for this role. You will have the legal right to work in the United States
