Job Description
As part of the Global Commercial Operations team you will be embedded in the Asia and Emerging Markets Commercial and Marketing teams as an Asia Commercial Programme Manager. You will lead multiple cross-functional and diverse strategic projects, ensuring deliverables are met. You will report to the Asia & Emerging Markets Operations Director, engage directly with many of our teams, and translate our vision & goals into a delivery plan.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and improve the Asia Commercial Monthly / Quarterly Business Review (MBR & QBRs). Work with all the main regional teams to pull the MBR deck together ensuring all metrics are updated and supporting Asia leaders to have focused conversations.
• Collate & lead the Asia Studios & Commercial Monthly Strategy synch meetings. Ensure Exec presentations on updates and actions are produced promptly.
• You will build the Asia Markets Strategy synch meeting and ensure Exec presentations on updates and actions are produced.
• Manage the Monthly strategic goal trackers within BetterWorks - every month pull together a leadership review - guide next steps and readouts into Asia Region Quarterly Town Halls.
• Working in partnership with the Regional Analytics, Marketing & Commercial teams ensure there is operational best practice on regional reporting plans, requirements & sharing.
• As the regions Project SME, you will review and evolve current tool and processes to improve decision-making across the projects.
• You will work in partnership with global teams, EA Technology, Customer Support, Finance, Global Operations, Security and Legal to ensure closure on open actions across multiple projects.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience delivering and managing complex, multi – stream projects.
• 3+ years of experience working with senior leadership.
• Industry experience in Agile, scrum & waterfall project management principles.
• Collaboration skills, including business analysis and partner engagement techniques (workshops, interviews)
