We are looking for an Associate Producer to join us and help continue delivering a long-running and beloved IP to our players, Plants vs Zombies! This producer will report to the Studio Director who oversees several cross-discipline teams and work directly with artists, game designers, UX experts, development directors, and software engineers. You will lead, influence, and bring features to millions of players. You have experience producing games for iOS and Android, in both development and live environments.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with metrics and respond to insights about our audience and market opportunities to meet our team goals
• Resolve complex product issues through creativity and partnerships. Identify risks early and often and remove roadblocks
• Provide feedback on the current roadmap, driving aspects of the roadmap related to data, sentiment, analysis, platform, and other factors
• Share your knowledge of video game market trends, patterns, and customer requirements
• Maintain creative relationships with inside and outside developers, and hold the team accountable for delivering high-quality work
• Partner with and manage external development teams
• Work with Studio Director to achieve and lead studio goals, vision, and culture
• Always up-to-date with market trends, competition, and evolution

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in game development/product management (social, F2P, live service) with shipped games in casual/mobile
• 3+ years experience as an Associate Producer in the games industry
• Excellent knowledge of production, the difficulties generally encountered by teams, and solutions tailored to their requirements
• Evidence of work in an Agile environment, creating an agreement on live service deliverables
• Readiness to work with a globally distributed development team
• Excellent knowledge of the game industry, trends, competition, platforms, and market.
• Experience leading teams to success
• Affinity for mobile gaming and experience creating amazing games and experiences that surprise and delight
