We are seeking an energetic and committed recruiter to conduct talent search campaigns for freelance dubbing and creative supervisors.

This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and project management to Netflix through coordinating the day-to-day localisation and delivery requirements of content. You will be required to update and report on project statuses, including problem solving any issues that may arise. You will also work closely with our client and internal Deluxe departments locally and globally.

The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of dubbing and subtitling processes in the entertainment sector, a passion for networking, and a mindset to collaborate with diplomacy and empathy.

As a member of our global freelance recruiting team, you will act as a brand ambassador for Deluxe Localization, providing the first point of contact for freelancers and shepherding them through the engagement and on-boarding process.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Monitor and optimize the freelancer recruitment process by:
• conducting personal reach-outs to potential candidates
• monitoring and optimizing recruitment proofing and posting ads and creating relationships
• review CVs and respond to applicants
• processing candidate referrals from dubbing studios and clients
• posting ads
• reviewing and responding to applications
• Guide candidates through all testing and onboarding processes
• Provide data and updates to key stakeholders in verbal and written form
• Investigate opportunities for new recruitment channels and sources
• Keep recruitment data documentation up to date
• Participate in team reviews of weekly reports and monthly metrics
• Assist in updating internal documentation to ensure procedures are standardized
• Assist in other administrative and data entry duties as assigned
• Effectively communicate with our Global Translator Management teams by troubleshooting, escalating, and sharing queries.

What you bring:
• 3 years working experience in the localization, specifically in the dubbing industry (knowledge of dubbing workflows and connected in dubbing networks)
• Fluency in at least one APAC language other than English
• Extensive experience sourcing candidates
• Very good research skills and vast general knowledge
• The ability to engage with a culturally diverse and distributed team
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal as well as external stakeholders
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Extremely resourceful and a good ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical and strategic
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• The ability to troubleshoot and effectively escalate any concerns
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities or changes in workflow
• Background in film or audiovisual production an asset
• Basic project management skills
