Last year Animal Logic delivered the hybrid live action/animated feature, Peter Rabbit 2, and just recently released DC League of Super-Pets. Currently in production are The Shrinking of the Treehorns, Toto and The Magician's Elephant, while past projects include The LEGO Movie 2, Captain Marvel, Peter Rabbit, The LEGO Ninjago Movie, Alien: Covenant, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, The LEGO Movie and Happy Feet.

We are looking for a highly organised individual to provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Legal & Business Affairs to ensure the Business Affairs unit runs smoothly and efficiently. This role will to be a shared resource across both Corporate Finance and Business Affairs.

What you will get to do:
• Provide administrative support for both the CFO and Head of Legal & Business Affairs including calendar, internal enquiries and inbox management
• Prepare correspondence, complete forms, banking documentation and other business documents
• Communicate across the business and to clients
• Assist Company Secretary with company secretarial tasks
• Access the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) portal to print company statements, lodge forms and update records. Accurately prepare, collate and process invoices and expense claims
• Maintain business records including filing in hard copy and electronically
• Maintain record of professional education requirements. Collaborate on work with peer administrative assistants from time to time
• Ensure that any and all communication is conducted in a professional, diplomatic and efficient manner
• Share knowledge as appropriate, foster and support a knowledge sharing culture
• Participate in work-related training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
• Enjoy working in a filmmaking environment, maintaining knowledge and interest in story, animation and digital production processes

What you bring:
• At least three (3) years administrative experience, preferably in legal, financial or arts administration
• Diligence and passion for administration
• Administrative and organisational skills including good attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Excellent diary management and planning skills
• Confident to self-manage, prioritise tasks, work effectively to meet deadlines and suggest improvement processes
• Proficiency with database formats, electronic systems and the Microsoft Suite primarily, Excel, Outlook, Word and ideally, SharePoint
• Able to work on sensitive matters, maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Experience or interest in animated film, television, technology or media is a bonus but not essential
• Professional and considered approach to working, treat colleagues with respect
• Motivated by being organised and working in a team
