Marketing Communications Activation Lead, LATAM (FIFA) - Mexico City

Reporting directly to the Sr. Marcom Activation Manager, you will lead all LATAM Marketing Activations for FIFA, working with important partners across all of our teams to execute and measure integrated omni-channel Activations for FIFA. We are looking for someone experienced in building relationships with Studio, Brand, and additional partners, ensuring full alignment for all FIFA Marketing Activations.

Responsibilities
• Drive LATAM consumer-facing Marketing: Along with the Sr. Marcom Activation Manager, you will lead the FIFA Marcom Activation plans and execution across LATAM Marketing channels and touchpoints
• Drive locally nuanced and compelling player journeys following the FIFA Story: integrated across owned, earned and partner channels, to improve player acquisition and compelling engagement that is globally cohesive and delivers on commercial goals
• Inspire your Team: Inspire an unassailable sense of shared purpose across teams and empower a solutions motivated creative progress
• Collaborating: Share your expertise and resources to help others to alleviate obstacles. Include all who can contribute to a successful outcome. Stay engaged even when not in full agreement
• Connect Marketing Activation with Product and Business deliverables: You will track and interpret campaign performance data, delivered by the Global Analytics team, and translate into clear actions
• Budget Management: You will help manage efficiently the FIFA LATAM Marketing budget

Deliverables
• Marketing Activation Roadmap: Along with the FIFA Sr. Marcom Activation Manager, you will create the LATAM Marketing Activation Plan inclusive of both Owned and Partner channels, and with care for our goals and strategies
• Signature Initiatives: You will develop creative Marketing programs applicable to all channels and markets in the region
• Tracking KPIs Scorecard for the campaign: You will work with Insights & Analytics, Global Publishing and Channel Marketing teams to measure LATAM success metrics
• Beat readiness Scorecard: You will assess the Risk and Opportunity on the development of important campaign beats

Required skills
• Accountability: Along with the FIFA Sr. Marcom Activation Manager, you will prepare a road map for activation success, ensure that everything is clear, and you will take actions to keep the progress on track

Requirements
• 5 Or more years' Experience creating, executing, and measuring Marketing campaigns
• Experience in Videogames, Sports Marketing, Entertainment or FMCG environments
• Excel at establishing and encouraging relationships
• Solid understanding of Marketing to manage 360º consumer-facing campaigns
• Ability to succeed in a highly-matrixed organization & dynamic category: flexible and collaborative
• Ability to inspire and influence teams and partners across departments at all levels
• Ability to take direction, be solution driven and manage priorities with self-sufficiency with remote team members
• Ready to move to Mexico City
