The Job
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Manager, Ad Sales Digital to lead the commercial representation within our organization. This role will act as the key liaison between our internal sales and planning teams, and clients, ensuring alignment, performance, and partnership growth.
The Daily – Major Activities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact and internal champion for the partner.
• Drive commercial strategy and execution, representing our partner interests in client engagements and internal planning.
• Actively participate in sales efforts, supporting revenue generation and DIRECT client relationship development.
• Train and empower the broader sales team with knowledge, tools, and insights to elevate relevance and performance.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the partner, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and strategic alignment.
• Accountable for Sales Target. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, with a keen eye on the sales funnel and accuracy in forecasts.
• Build tailored strategic proposals based on data, audience intelligence, and alignment with advertiser goals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with major advertisers and prominent agencies.
• Use Salesforce as a tool for commercial management and relationship history.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (content, planning, marketing, operations), ensuring delivery and client experience.
The Essentials
• Solid experience in advertising sales and negotiation with major accounts, preferably in multiplatform environments; With experience in CTV, video platforms, and programmatic advertising.
• Proficiency in digital metrics, media KPIs, and commercial performance evaluation
• Consistent track record of exceeding targets and leading complex sales cycles
• Mastery of CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
• Refined analytical skills, organization, and vision for building revenue predictability
• Familiarity with attribution models, ROI, MMM, and programmatic media (DV360)
• English proficiency desirable for interaction with international stakeholders.
• Previous experience in organizations with a strong digital culture
• Preferably with experience in video platforms
• Background in big techs, or data-driven and innovation-led companies; And experience collaborating with data teams.
• Affinity with sports, pop culture, and audiovisual storytelling
• Familiarity with advanced ad tech tools and contemporary value attribution models
