Position

We are currently looking for a Dubbing Project Coordinator for our very busy Dubbing department. This position can be based in Los Angeles or remotely.

Coordinate international dubbing and contact services process from start to finish. This position will serve as the point of contact between studios, internal/external departments, clients, vendors and dubbing studios all over the world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create and publish clearly defined workflows for all project types and languages

Training and guiding of new colleagues.

Participate in regular production meetings to stay up to date of any operations needs and changes of the clients.

Ensure all projects and due dates are on track. Flag and address any issues by working with other departments.

Understand client specs and provide guidance to make sure all needs are met.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

Associates degree or equivalent; or 2+ years related experience and/or training

A strong understanding of Localization/Dubbing workflows required

Knowledge in audio software desirable.

Knowledge of a second language desirable

Computer Skills

Excellent computer skills

Salary: $23-$25/hour
