Job Summary/Description:
We are looking for a sales assistant to join our team. This position will will report to the Local Sales Manager and will assist the sale dept in all aspects of day-to-day sales operations for the station. Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, detailed orientated, strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Assists in all general administrative duties as needed
• Provides customer support for station advertising clients
• Enters broadcast and digital orders
• Assists in managing customer relationship management (CRM) tool
• Assists in preparing proposals, creating presentations, pulling invoices & avails
• Covers front desk/reception as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, overall knowledge of basic computer skills.
• College degree preferred or equivalent in years of experience.
