Job Summary/Description:
WTOC is looking for a Digital Sales Specialist to collaborate with our local sales staff to present innovative digital solutions to advertising clients. The DSS will act as a secondary client contact, manage all facets of campaign execution, and stay ahead of trends in digital marketing and media.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as a secondary client contact, understanding client goals and optimizing success through research and analysis.
- Offer innovative digital solutions including Paid Search, Targeted Video/Display, Streaming TV, Targeted Email, Digital Audio, and more.
- Provide updated information on latest digital offerings, prepare and deliver client success reports, and help train staff on new product offerings..
- Create digital client reports and recommend strategies to enhance performance and increase revenue.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of how broadcast and digital products synergize for client success
- Strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- Previous multimedia sales management experience is highly desirable
- Proven ability to train and develop team members
