Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Warner Bros.
Discovery Talent Acquisition Operations team! As a member of the Talent
Acquisition Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional
candidate experience and providing operational excellence to a global team of
Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition
Operations.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team
• interviews and debrief sessions. Interviews may include high volume video
• and on-site interviews, complex multilayered scheduling and the facilitation
• of travel arrangements.
• Being an ambassador to the candidate experience! The Talent
• Acquisition Coordinator will manage all logistics for interviews and will serve
• as the primary point of contact to the candidate while interviewing.
• Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the
• administration of legal documents and other projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
• High school diploma
• Experience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environment
• Previous experience working collectively with a team
• Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $51,380.00 - $95,420.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
