Sr. People & Culture Advisor - FTC
The Sr. People & Culture Advisor is responsible for: providing proactive operational day-to-day support to the P&C team as well as Employees and leaders in the business and supporting managers through all elements of the HR lifecycle using pragmatic HR solutions, which are up-to-date, fit for purpose, commercial and legally compliant.
This role is a 18 months FTC for a maternity cover.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Project Coordination on local as well as regional projects within the P&C area
• Team up with the P&C local as well as regional team om the Employee Lifecycle events
• Act as a sounding board and coach to business managers; provide them with HR support, advice, guidance, skills and tools to proactively manage their teams effectively
• Work with the business to support the delivery of key corporate initiatives and annual processes e.g: Global Performance Management Process, Organizational Talent Review, Employee Survey etc.
• Build strong relationships with Managers, Employees, employee reps and Union reps to enhance Employee relations and support change activities in a pragmatic way balancing the needs of employees and delivering business objectives
• Work closely with the People & Culture team to answer employee requests, resolve performance, absence, and disciplinary issues as necessary
Qualifications & Experience
• Good understanding of HR processes and life cycle
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish employment law, good understanding of basic administrative/payroll duties and processes
• Degree, with specialization in Human Resources desirable, operational HR experience preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
