Your New Role…

The Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is a critical member of Warner Bros. Discovery's Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This position will provide and ensure their direct reports provide a best in class recruiting experience to candidates and providing operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition team across Poland & wider EMEA.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Supporting multiple recruiters in scheduling complex interviews across differing time zones, while providing an excellent candidate experience. Interviews may include phone and onsite interviews, complex multilayered scheduling, videoconferencing and facilitating travel arrangements.
• Being an ambassador in the candidate experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all logistics for interviews and will serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate.
• Managing one direct report (TA Operations Coordinator), supporting with development and where, necessary, being an escalation point for recruiters, internal partners or external candidates.
• Supporting the TA Operations Specialist with project coordination – arranging and attending meetings with both internal departments & external vendors; completing project tasks as required; providing feedback regular updates.
• Focusing on process improving, building partnership with other teams as needed.
• Initiating and overseeing the onboarding experience for new hires across all brands of Warner Bros. Discovery, which includes sending Offer Letters, completing Welcome Packets, and assisting with other onboarding logistics.
• Supporting with training of new joiners (both recruiters & coordinators) on systems and processes.
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests and adhoc projects – creating diversity careers sites, screening candidate CVs, uploading candidates to the ATS system etc.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Previous recruitment and/or administrative experience preferred
• Process change / improvement experience
• System implementation experience (preferred) e.g. new ATS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Polish
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
• Relationship management and influencing skills (Preferred)
• Commercial - curious about the business and actively influences and contributes to discussions (Preferred)
• Willing to challenge and debate issues that matter (Preferred)
• Clear thinking - willing to make sound and prompt decisions (Preferred)
• Credible and Results Driven - able to lead major projects and change programmes. (Preferred)
