Job Description
Major Responsibilities
• Maintenance and development of the internal contract management system as a comprehensive tool for document circulation in the company
• Comprehensive management of the contract drafting process
• Ongoing document archiving
• Ensuring compliance with the archiving procedure rules, including formal control of documents entering the archive
• Supporting company employees by distributing archived documentation
• Supporting company employees in the contract negotiation process by indicating relevant actions in the internal contract management system.
• Conducting Individual training for company employees on the internal system.
• Single point of contact for company employees regarding the internal contract management system.

Job Qualification Standards
• Minimum secondary education
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
• Responsibility and independence in action
• Accuracy, punctuality, and proactivity in action
• Communicativeness
• Problem-solving skills
• English at least at B2 level
