In this role you will utilize your excellent customer service skills to deliver an exceptional employee experience, partnering with subject matter experts across our People & Culture function to provide timely responses to employee's queries.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience/interest in payroll/data administration, speaks fluent Polish and English (French will be a significant advantage) and is comfortable working in fast-paced international and challenging environment.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Collect, manage, verify data that has to be submitted to the Payroll teams
• Update / maintain master data in relevant HCM systems
• Analyse data processed in the systems to determine compliance and accuracy
• Conduct audits and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy of transactions and processes
• Prepare different reports (predefined / ad-hoc) required for Payroll purposes
• Support employees, line managers and external vendors with diverse queries and service requests across various communication channels, including case management
• Manage and action cases requested by employees in HCM system and ServiceNow
• Work collaboratively as a global team with other areas of the People & Culture team or other Discovery teams (such as Global Technology & Operations) to resolve escalated or misdirected employee questions
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of employee records
• Assist with testing related to People & Culture systems if required
• Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiencies
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned which may become essential to the position

Qualifications & Experience…
• 2+ years of professional experience in a global organization in HR shared services
• Fluency in Polish&English, both written and spoken,
• Highly motivated and self-starter, fast-paced with high level of energy and proactive approach to work
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently
• Payroll related experience

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
