Job Description
Your New Role…

This position will support the Content Strategy & Analysis and Content Team Operations teams as part of WBD Streaming. In this role, the assistant will be responsible for supporting three VP-level executives in helping coordinate administrative, departmental, and operations needs.

Your Responsibilities…
• Maintain and update executives' calendar on a daily basis, ensuring that meeting conflicts are handled and that executives can balance priorities
• Work both within and across teams to help coordinate and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel, transportation and hotel arrangements
• Coordinate with other departmental assistants to provide support for the entire department
• Manage expense reports for the executives, ensuring that receipts are submitted in a timely manner and adhere to corporate policy
• Compose emails, forms, procedures, proposals, and other documents and correspondence, as appropriate
• Support preparation for large-scale team meetings and offsites, including coordination of meals, ensuring rooms are booked, supporting presentation creation, and other duties as appropriate
• Maintain relevant databases for the team, including team rosters, contact information, competitive benchmarking, and otherwise
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience…
• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience is preferred
• Minimum of four years of administrative experience
• Must be proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google docs, Slack, and Zoom
• Must be detail-oriented and must have strong follow up, organizational, and administrative management skills
• Must demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required
Ability to initiate and follow-through on tasks independently – strong self-starter who will take charge and provide support to executives in an efficient manner.
• Ability to multitask, assess priorities and maintain composure and diplomacy at all times.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $59,507.00 - $110,512.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
