Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for an Employee Connection Specialist to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture Operations team in Warsaw.
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for employees across Europe, supporting People & Culture operational services and delivering a great employee experience aligned with our culture. You will work independently, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and positive change.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Manage and resolve employee, manager and stakeholder requests related to P&C services, payroll, benefits, policies and employee data using ServiceNow Case Management
• Process employee lifecycle data changes in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, mobility and position management
• Prepare employment contracts, benefit-related documentation and respond to employment verification requests
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance with policies, SOX controls and data privacy requirements; support audits and inspections
• Support EMEA P&C teams, large-scale organizational changes (e.g. mergers, acquisitions) and mass data activities
• Contribute to continuous process improvements, documentation updates and onboarding of new team members
Qualifications and Experience...
• Proven experience in HR administration or a related role, preferably within a global shared services environment, with a strong focus on confidentiality
• University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• English proficiency at C1 level; fluency in another European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch) is a strong advantage
• Proven experience with Workday and ServiceNow (or similar HRIS / case management tools)
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel – filtering, sorting, VLOOKUP)
• Strong process improvement, analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume tasks independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a flexible and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
