Job Summary/Description:

The National Sales Assistant role is a blend of administrative, computer, and sales support duties. This role is the connector between the station and national advertising agencies. You will have daily interaction with agencies and provide them excellent customer service guiding advertising schedules from start to finish. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- 40% Entry of national sales orders in a consistent error-free manner
- 20% Works and maintains all pre-empts and make-goods
- 20% Maintain and update national account files and database, including FCC public file
- 20% Research and resolution of log discrepancies

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous sales/service support and office experience
- Experience in broadcast media or digital media
- Proficiency in Microsoft software including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Wide Orbit Connect, Wide Orbit Media Sales, and Wide Orbit Traffic
- Strong organizational and phone etiquette skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong time management skills
- Detail and purposeful mindset
- Ability to work well in a demanding environment
- Ability to maintain a cheerful outlook and communicate diplomatically with clients
- Ability to work well in a team environment, aiding peers when needed
