The Atlanta Hawks Global Partnerships department is an essential division to our revenue
group. We are facilitators of brand relationships and play a pivotal role in how our business exists in the Atlanta
community and globally through nationally recognized partnerships. We strive to create a first in class
experience and to deliver innovative products and experiences for our partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
• Cultivate new Global Partnership relationships and renewals with 75% of time focused on College Park
• Skyhawks & Hawks Talon Gaming Club and 25% focused on Atlanta Hawks & State Farm Arena.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive affiliate sales activity against key categories through
• research, prospecting, meetings, networking events, trade shows, etc.
• Develop written proposals for current or new business prospects; design proposals using a
• consultative sales style incorporating research of category dynamics and understanding the potential
• partner's marketing goals.
• Act as corporate marketing consultant to Corporate Partners to create & execute impactful and
• effective sponsorship platforms.
• Mentor and coordinate premium seating sales staff as it relates to their personal corporate partnership
• sales goal. Advise them on corporate partnership assets and building appropriate partnership
• packages.
• Provide accurate, reliable information for sales forecasts.
• Manage personal revenue and expense budget directly tied into organizational goals and initiatives.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field required
• 2+ years' experience in sports marketing and/or media sales preferred
• Minimum 2 years prior sponsorship sales experience preferred
• Drive to strive for operational excellence with how you get your work completed
• Experience with using various software (e.g. SalesForce, SponsorUnited, Winmo, KORE, Tableau,
• Microsoft Office)
• Extensive knowledge of sports marketing and sponsorship inventory preferred, specific knowledge of
• Atlanta market beneficial
• Ability to establish effective client and interdepartmental relationships, manage multiple client
• contacts and projects, and drive business.
